Refund policy
1. Returns and Refunds:
- Damaged Products upon delivery: If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will either refund or replace it, depending on your preference.
- Order error: If you receive an incorrect item, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.
2. Returns for Other Reasons:
- Since each product is carefully crafted to the specifications specified by the customer, packaged and shipped, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- However, if you have any concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
3. Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are issued only via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
