Terms of service

 

1. GENERALS

 The names "Akwamall" and "Akwamall International", its logos, distinctive signs, and, generally speaking, any element directly or indirectly referring to its brand image are registered and legally protected.

 By purchasing products, customers accept the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. 

 Customers acting on behalf of a company are subject to additional terms and conditions (see Section 9).

2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

 Prices are displayed in the local currency and include taxes, unless otherwise stated. However, they are displayed in the site's base currency (CFA XOF) at the time of payment. The most recent exchange rate is applied for display in local currency. 

 Shipping costs, if applicable, are communicated during order confirmation. 

 Accepted payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, mobile money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money)

 Prices are subject to change without notice but do not apply to orders already confirmed.

3. ORDERS

 Customers must be of legal age or have the authorization of their legal guardian to make a purchase.

 Orders are binding once confirmed by email.

Akwamall may cancel orders in the event of stock shortages, company errors, or technical issues.

 Products are intended for personal use, unless otherwise agreed.

4. DELIVERY

 Products are made to order; delivery times are approximate.

 Delays may occur due to external factors, such as force majeure.

 Shipping damage must be reported promptly.

 if an order is not collected at the designated pickup point, additional charges may apply.

5. WARRANTY

 Products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects (excluding wear and tear, accidents, or abnormal use).

 Warranty claims are reviewed by Akwamall; remedies include repair, replacement, or refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 Liability is limited to the price of the products purchased, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful intent. 

 Consequential losses, such as business losses, are not covered. 

7. ASSIGNMENTS

 Rights and obligations may not be transferred to third parties without consent, except for payment claims.

8. DISPUTES

 Akwamall strives to resolve disputes directly and amicably.

 If amicable resolution fails, consumers may refer to local consumer protection laws and affiliated jurisdictions. 

9. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

 Business transactions follow modified sales conditions based on negotiation and Incoterms® 2020 rules. 

 Businesses must inspect products upon receipt and promptly report any defects.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

 The content of the website is protected by copyright.

 These conditions may be updated, but changes will not apply retroactively to previous purchases.
